The Aston Martin Valhalla is the brand’s first mid-engined hybrid hypercar — producing over 1,000 hp from a twin-turbo V-8 and three electric motors, capable of lapping circuits faster than any previous Aston Martin road car.
The Valhalla began life as an AMG One-adjacent concept in 2019, envisioned as Aston Martin’s mid-engined hybrid flagship. After significant development changes — including moving away from the original Formula One-inspired hybrid system — the production Valhalla arrived in 2024 as a thoroughly modern supercar using a 4.0-litre AMG twin-turbo V-8 combined with three electric motors: one on the crankshaft and two on the front axle.
The result is 1,079 hp combined system output, all-wheel drive, and a 0–100 km/h time of 2.5 seconds. The carbon-fibre monocoque provides a low 1,550 kg kerb weight, while the aerodynamic package generates up to 600 kg of downforce at speed. An EV-only mode allows limited zero-emission urban driving.
In Azerbaijan, the Valhalla is a pure trophy and collector vehicle. Its significance is as the brand’s most technologically advanced road car and entry to hypercar territory. With 999 units planned, exclusivity is assured.
The Valhalla is a hypercar — fuel is a minor cost relative to insurance, specialist service, and storage requirements.
The Valhalla is the ultimate expression of Aston Martin’s ambition — a true hypercar competing with the McLaren Artura, Ferrari 296 GTB, and Lamborghini Revuelto. For the collector in Azerbaijan who wants Aston Martin’s most advanced technology and track-day capability, it is without equal in the range.
Practical ownership requires understanding of hybrid systems and high-specification carbon-fibre maintenance. The Valhalla is best supported by a specialist workshop with PHEV diagnostic capability.
