The Chrysler Sebring had one of the longest and most varied production runs of any Chrysler nameplate — spanning 15 years from 1995 to 2010 and three distinct body styles: coupe, convertible, and sedan. The first-generation Sebring coupe (1995–2000) was a Mitsubishi Eclipse-based platform developed jointly with Diamond Star Motors, offering sharp looks and reasonable performance. The convertible joined in 1996 and became one of Chrysler's most successful open-top vehicles.

The second generation (2001–2006) moved to a stretched version of the JA platform for the sedan and convertible, while maintaining a revised coupe lineup. The third and final generation (2007–2010) introduced a new platform, updated styling, and a range of four-cylinder and V6 engines producing up to 200 hp. The third-gen convertible is particularly well regarded for its combination of open-air motoring and reasonable practicality.

In Azerbaijan, the Sebring convertible is the most sought-after variant — a practical four-seat open-top car with good build quality for its price segment.
